Return Policy

• We will gladly refund Home Accessory items within 3 weeks of purchase (copy of receipt required). Otherwise all sales are final.  We have the right to refuse items that are worn, stained, broken or not in the condition that they were originally received.
• Damaged shipments/items must be reported within 72 hours of receiving them for replacement.  After the 72 hours of receipt we cannot be responsible for damaged items they cannot be replaced.
• Obvious Defects are covered under manufacturer warranty and can be exchanged.  Defects must also be reported within 72 hours of receipt.  Keep in mind that some products may have a unique texture or finish which is part of the character and design of the item.  Therefore the manufacturer may not consider the item defective.  This will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
